Our Vision

We’re bringing forward plans for a thoughtfully designed landscape-led residential community that:

• Delivers up to 210 new homes, offering a mix of types and sizes to meet local needs, including 30% affordable and self-build
• Creates new public open spaces: community orchard, allotments, and children’s play areas
• Protects and enhances existing woodland and hedgerows, resulting in a net gain in biodiversity
• Promotes pedestrian and cycle movements
• Delivers sustainable drainage systems

Our ambition is to create a place that feels like a natural extension of Sayers Common, rooted in the local landscape.
